Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Norway and selected international destinations worldwide. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Norway: 2–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Norway over NOK 1000.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or other import charges may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
