Our Philosophy

We believe true luxury is measured not by abundance, but by permanence.

Every decision we make—from the fibres we select to the way each garment is crafted—is guided by the belief that fewer, better pieces create lasting value. We create with intention, embracing timeless design, responsible craftsmanship, and exceptional natural materials.

Our philosophy brings together two worlds: the quiet simplicity of Norwegian design and Peru's centuries-old textile heritage. United by a shared respect for quality, craftsmanship, and longevity, they inspire garments made to be worn, treasured, and passed on.

Our four pillars

Heritage

We honour Peru's rich textile heritage, from the ancient Chaccu tradition to generations of artisanal craftsmanship. By preserving these time-honoured practices, every garment carries a story of culture, knowledge, and continuity. Combined with the enduring principles of Norwegian minimalism, our collections reflect a dialogue between heritage and contemporary design.

Sustainability

We believe the most responsible garment is one that endures. By creating fewer pieces of exceptional quality, we encourage a more thoughtful approach to consumption. From responsibly sourced certified fibres to ethical production, every decision reflects our commitment to people, nature, and future generations.

Craftsmanship

Quality takes time. Each garment is shaped by skilled artisans whose patience, precision, and expertise transform exceptional natural fibres into timeless pieces. Every stitch, every finish, and every detail reflects a dedication to excellence that cannot be rushed.

Transparency

We believe every garment should have a story worth knowing. From the origin of our fibres to the hands that craft each piece, we value openness, traceability, and responsible partnerships—so you can wear every garment with confidence.

Vicuña Warranty Book

Each certified vicuña garment comes with an official warranty book, including a unique serial number registered under CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species).

Certifications

We make it easy to choose wisely. By working with suppliers, we provide third-party certifications such as WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species), RAS (Responsible Alpaca Standard) and Fair Trade Peru, among others. This ensures the fibers are ethically sourced, legally traded, and fully traceable, from Andean highlands to your wardrobe.

Our Manufacturers

Designed in Norway. Crafted in Arequipa, Peru.

Our pieces are designed in Norway and carefully crafted in Arequipa, Peru, where a rich textile heritage and generations of craftsmanship bring our designs to life. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure each piece is made with care, attention to detail, and respect for responsible production practices. We believe in knowing where and how our garments are made, which is why we value visiting our manufacturers and seeing every step of the process firsthand , from the selection of materials to the final finishing touches.

Our philosophy is simple: create less, create better.

By uniting Norwegian minimalism with Peru's extraordinary textile heritage, we create garments designed to endure, pieces that become more meaningful with time.
